Curriculum

With the enactment of the "No Child Left Behind" legislation, teachers and students have been working hard to meet the new guidelines. There has also been more emphasis on the "State Standards": students and staff have felt the extra load. Even though we are now working harder during the day, we still must remember that the Arts play a very important role in the education of your child as do the core subjects. Music brings us together and we must work hard to keep Arts programs alive!

Your children have been working for several weeks on this evening’s program and are very excited to present their love of music to you. Let us show them respect and that we care, by being a good audience: applaud when you like something and pay close attention during their presentations… your children deserve this.
