Districts

SAU 61 is comprised of the Farmington School District and the Middleton School District.  The districts share a long history together.

Farmington School District boasts some of the newest educational facilities in the state.  Over the past twelve years, the district has built two schools and renovated a third.

Middleton School District is a property rich district that currently does not have any schools.  The school board has decided to maintain the long standing relationship it has with the Farmington School District through its AREA agreement that has been in existence since the 70's. 

Both communities take pride in their school districts and the education of their children.  As the communities grow, educational opportunities for the students are growing as well.
